  Our company has a long experience in handling Employee Benefits programme, Below are few main services that we provide to our client :

  • Comprehensive quotations :

    We understand that all company need to provide the comparisons for their management in making the right decisions to choose the best benefits and coverage. Due to this, we will assist the HR to manage and provide the most competitive quotations.

  • Provide comparison (renewal & new business):

    We also will assist the client to analyse the data and info that they will use to provide to the insurance company so that the quotations that the client will receive at the end will be the most accurate for them to finalise their decisions.

  • Claims handling :

    We know that on top of good benefits and coverage, the claims is one of the most important factor for client satisfaction. We will assist the client to manage their members and dependent claims by doing the 1st stage of scanning the claims to make sure all the document is complete before submitting to insurance company so that we can maintain the Turn Around Time (TAT) will be on time as promise.

  • Briefing :

     There is 3 type of briefing for Employee Benefits Programme:

      Briefing to the HR/Finance/Procurement is the earliest stage to make sure that they understand the benefits that we have provides in the quotations and comparisons between all insurer that participate.
     After the client finalise which insurer and plan to choose, we will also assist them to present the plan to their Board of Directors (BOD).
     After the enrolment, we will do the briefing to all staff to explain on their new benefits, usage and portal for staff to refer for their benefits and others.

  • Quarterly cost & utilisations meeting/briefing :

    We will do the Cost & Utilisations meeting/briefing to our client every quarterly because it is very important for the client to know the status of their claims experience so that we can help them to think for a better way on how to understand and manage the staff utilisations and also to prepare for the future renewal.

  • Handling billing - Adjustment/ASO/New business & Renewal :

    As important as claims, we will assist client to handle their billing matters from new business billing, renewal, adjustment as well as ASO (Administrative Service Only).

  • Help desk for HR portal & client portal :

    Besides the insurance company that will provide the Helpdesk or customer service for client to call, we will also have our own (in house) Helpdesk to handling complaints, managing LOG issuance/issues and also to assist client for exploring the client portal too.

  • Health talk :

    Last but not least, we also can assist client to arrange for the Health Talk for their staff by letting the HR to choose the topic that they want.
